The dust containing gas is filtered through the filter bag into clean gas and enters the clean air chamber. It is then discharged by the fan through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to constantly rise. In order toEquipment resistanceIf the pressure does not exceed 1200Pa, the bag filter can work intermittently and the dust on the filter bag needs to be collected regularly. The DMC series dust collector cleaning is carried out by a program controller timing and sequentially starting the pulse valve, causing the compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) inside the bag to be sprayed out through the nozzle hole (called primary air) and induced by the Venturi tube into the surrounding air several times the primary air (called secondary air), entering the filter bag and causing the filter bag to rapidly expand in an instant. With the opposite direction of the airflow, the dust is shaken off, and the dust attached to the bag surface quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
